Professor Anthony Dicks QC was Professor of Chinese Law at the University of London from 1995 to 2001 and has had more than 30 years' experience of practice in Hong Kong and elsewhere in the Far East. His practice includes advising, providing opinions and giving expert evidence on a wide range of questions arising both under the laws of the People's Republic of China and of other jurisdictions in the East and South East Asia where older forms of Chinese law apply. Such questions include various commercial and financial transactions, maritime matters, property rights and foreign claims, inheritance and family matters of all kinds.« back
