AboutBernard Eder specialises in commercial litigation and has acted in a large number of commercial disputes in arbitration, the Commercial Court, the Court of Appeal and the House of Lords and in courts abroad including Singapore, the Cayman Islands and Gibraltar (where he is a member of the Gibraltar Bar). He has appeared as Counsel in more than 100 reported cases. He has also acted as an arbitrator in numerous shipping and other commercial disputes. He was formerly Visiting Professor at University College (2000-2003) where he lectured on shipping law.
