AboutRoderick Cordara has a broad commercial and public law practice. This includes administrative law and judicial review, European law issues, insurance litigation, shipping and media work. He also advises on all aspects of indirect tax law and planning both in Europe, Asia and Australia. He appears regularly in the Chancery Division, the Administrative Court, Court of Appeal, and House of Lords. He also appears in the European Court of Justice. He advises extensively, in particular on contract termination issues, exercise of administrative discretion and indirect tax. He lectures on public law issues in both Europe and Australia. He has chambers in both London and Sydney, and is a advisory member of the Australian Government's Indirect Tax Rulings Panel.
