AboutSimon Bryan has a broad commercial practice encompassing all types of commercial litigation and advisory work both in Court (having appeared in cases in the Commercial Court, Queen’s Bench Division, Chancery Division, Court of Appeal and House of Lords) and in international commercial arbitration in which he has acted both as counsel and as arbitrator (sole, party appointee and third arbitrator). He is also a CEDR Accredited Mediator.
